Welcome to the refund policy for "USA Printer Solutions." If, during the first 30 days of a subscription-based plan, USA Printer Solutions is unable to address any of your problems, you will receive a complete refund. The Subscription Service payments will not be reimbursed if one or more issues are rectified. Despite this, USA Printer Solutions consents to a reimbursement of subscription fees after subtracting costs for customer service, at its sole discretion and on an individual basis.

If any of the following conditions are satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under incident-based plans:

  • You possess all the necessary conditions to fix the issue.
  • The problem wasn't fixed until 30 days after the last time a USA Printer Solutions Technology professional worked on it, and that was when the account was active.

Service Plans:

You can place service orders by phoning USA Printer Solutions or by submitting plan orders via their websites. You will receive an email from USA Printer Solutions at the email address you provided or have given to USA Printer Solutions as part of the service registration procedure as soon as USA Printer Solutions accepts the plan order you submitted. Services related to any plan order that USA Printer Solutions has not accepted are not its responsibility. You will have a service plan once USA Printer Solutions accepts your plan order.

Undertaking:

USA Printer Solutions shall respond to your inquiry by making a commercially reasonable attempt to provide suitable solutions under the Services, subject to the Terms and Conditions and other terms particular to each Service Plan. The majority of the time, USA Printer Solutions will try to diagnose the issue and find a solution via chat, email, or any other method it thinks is most suitable given the situation, including remote access. You are aware that if you utilize remote access on your computer, there won't be any leftover software from the session; however, a text file that details the operations done on your computer might be installed.

If such a text file is saved on your computer, you can choose to remove it from your computer or store it for later use. USA Printer Solutions is in charge of all projects under service plans.

The Limited Warranty is described below. According to the Payment Terms listed below, you agree to pay all Services Fees and any other applicable fees or charges as specified in the corresponding Plan Order.

Payment:

After you have paid for services in accordance with the terms of the relevant Plan Order, you will be entitled to access services against any Plan Order. If the payments necessary under any Plan Order are not made, USA Printer Solutions is not obligated to provide services under any Service Plan. You are aware that some service plans involve costs, such as "Service Fee" and/or "Activation Fee," which must be paid either annually ("Annual Payment Plan") or monthly ("Recurring Payment Plan"). All payments under the Annual Plan must be made in full at the start of the subscription cycle, subject to the applicable Term Plan.

According to the Plan Order, you might be assessed an extra non-refundable Activation Fee at the time of registration for payments made under the Recurring Payment Plan, in addition to the monthly installments of the Service Fee, which are due over a one-year payment term. Unless otherwise specified in the Plan Order, the fee (including the Activation Fee) will not be reimbursed in the event that the Service Plan is canceled.

All fees under this paragraph or any applicable Plan Order must be paid at the time the Service Plan begins. You agreed to a specific pricing and plan when you bought the service; this plan may be for one, two, or three years ("Term Plan"). The relevant Plan Order shall contain the conditions of the Service Fee and/or any other fee due under any mode of payment for a subscription. In a similar vein, certain plans could provide a discount on the service if you enroll in additional USA Printer Solutions services (often known as a "Bundle Discount"). For the duration of the applicable period, you commit to maintaining both your service and the bundled services. The pricing offered by term plans and bundle discounts is in effect until one of the following happens if you signed up for one of those plans:-

  • When the Term Plan ends
  • You canceled one of the services that you needed to buy from USA Printer Solutions in order to get the exclusive price that USA Printer Solutions was informed of.
  • You end the contract or service plan prior to the end of the applicable term.

Credit Card Billing

To activate your service, you might be required to give us the credit card number from a card issuer that we accept. You give USA Printer Solutions permission to charge your credit card and/or put a hold on it in relation to any outstanding fees for services or associated equipment. By agreeing to these charges, you give the credit card issuer permission to pay any amount listed here without a signed receipt, and you also agree that the credit card issuer may accept these charges as permission to pay any amount listed here without a signed receipt.

You give permission to USA Printer Solutions and/or any other business that bills for goods or services or serves as USA Printer Solutions' billing agent to keep trying to charge and/or put holds on your credit card for all amounts listed here, or any part of them, until they are paid in full.

You consent to giving USA Printer Solutions your most recent credit card information at their request and whenever the information you previously gave them becomes invalid. You understand and accept that USA Printer Solutions and any of its related businesses will not be held responsible in any way for any charges or insufficient funds you may incur as a result of any attempts to charge or put holds on your credit card. If you inadvertently give a debit card number rather than a credit card number, you consent to all of the charges listed below being charged to that debit card until you give a credit card number. You acknowledge that USA Printer Solutions may charge any amounts listed here to the account number you supply for such an electronic funds transfer if you are enrolled in or subsequently enroll in an automated payment or electronic funds transfer plan.

The terms and restrictions set out by the credit or debit card issuer will also apply when payment is made with a credit or debit card. We may, at our discretion, charge you more if charges cannot be made using your credit card or if your bank draft or electronic payments transfer is returned due to insufficient funds.

Third Party Agreements:

USA Printer Solutions may recommend specific third-party services to you as part of the Services. Your use of any third-party services, whether through subscription or other means, is governed by the terms of service of the third-party service provider. You acknowledge that the third-party provider is entirely in charge of providing you with its service or services and that you will abide by its terms of service. Technical assistance, websites, training, music, gaming, and storage services are just a few examples of the third-party services that USA Printer Solutions may occasionally choose to offer. USA Printer Solutions reserves the right to terminate your customer account and service usage if you violate the terms of service of such third-party providers.

Limited-Service Warranty:

USA Printer Solutions disclaims any warranties, whether explicit or implied, about the software, materials, and services, whether they are related to merchandising or suitability for a specific purpose, or otherwise. Your only options if you're not happy with the services are to (A) let USA Printer Solutions perform the services again, subject to disagreement, or (B) download and reinstall the software. According to the online documentation for those particular plans, certain printer solutions service plans in the USA have a seven-day limited service warranty. In addition to the terms and conditions stated in this document, the terms for the specific service plan must be fulfilled for this seven-day limited-service warranty to be valid.

USA Printer Solutions and/or its respective suppliers make no guarantees on the information in the services, materials, or software being appropriate for any purpose. All contents and software are provided "as is" and are not covered by any guarantees. USA Printer Solutions and/or its suppliers disclaim any liability for the following terms and conditions of this information: MERCHANTABILITY, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSES, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT IN ANY WAY.

The contents can contain technical or typographical errors. Periodically, updates may be made to the material presented here. USA Printer Solutions and/or its suppliers reserve the right to modify or enhance the materials and/or software provided here. Whether in a contract action, negligence, or other tortious action, USA Printer Solutions and/or its suppliers will never be held responsible for any special, indirect, consequential, or damages of any kind that result from the loss of use, data revenue, or profits incurred by you or any third party. These damages may be related to the use or performance of services, materials, or software, the failure to provide the same, or information contained in the materials.

Limitation of Liability:

In spite of everything to the contrary, USA Printer Solutions will never be held accountable for more than what you have actually paid them under the Plan Order in question. Action Restrictions: Any action you take must be filed within three months of the cause of action's emergence or it will be permanently waived and barred.

Term and Termination:

USA Printer Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or cancel your service without providing notice if:

  • You have violated any Third Party Software license or any of the Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to all policies on abuse and acceptable use of the Service)
  • Your use of the Service is illegal, interferes with, negatively affects, or malfunctions the Service, USA Printer Solutions' network, or the other users' ability to use and enjoy the Service
  • USA Printer Solutions obtains an order from a court to terminate the Service you are availing if USA Printer Solutions for any reason stops delivering the Service
  • If USA Printer Solutions decides that you are abusing the service, you will no longer be a customer
  • After your usage of the Service is terminated or suspended, USA Printer Solutions may, at its sole discretion, reject your request for the Service, renewal, or re-subscription

Waiver:

All other terms and conditions in the Terms of Service will remain fully enforceable, and any clause that is deemed invalid or unenforceable will be enforced to the greatest degree feasible. It will not be assumed that USA Printer Solutions has waived its right to enforce any of the Terms of Service's provisions if it fails to do so.

No Offer:

If USA Printer Solutions decides that you are abusing the service, you will have no References to USA Printer Solutions programs, services, and goods that are unavailable in a viewer's home country may be found on the website, which is accessible from a global location. These allusions do not suggest that USA Printer Solutions plans to offer these goods, services, or initiatives in those nations.

Modification:
